When Delta SkyMiles evolved its leading SkyMiles loyalty program in 2023, each of the seven American Express-Delta card was reimagined in terms of its features and benefits. New and existing remote sellers, in airports across the US, had to be trained to understand each new card's benefits, how to sell it effectively, and stay in compliance with financial regulations.

Together with American Express and Delta team members, we transformed static webinar content into a structured and intuitive, on-demand, learning experience. A unique approach helped sellers visually learn - and most importantly, remember - the diverse benefits and value proposition associated with each card.
