Welcome new American Express card members and enable them to easily and quickly begin using their corporate card accounts.


For a new enterprise account, American Express wanted to welcome its corporate card members, and guide them through an engaging, streamlined onboarding process — to drive customer satisfaction and early card usage. We had to move fast.

We created a suite of engaging videos and infographics—including a “Welcome to the World of American Express” video and instructional pieces—to simplify the account setup process, accelerate rewards enrollment, and increase benefit utilization for new card members.
